-As you are probably aware of there are endless
choices in picking laminate colors. With that said we
recommend that you look either at the samples we have in our
show room or at the web site of your choice. We life
to use Wilsonart or Formica. The edge details that can be
applied are a beveled edge, a square edge or a solid surface
rounded edge.
-SOLID
SURFACE
-For a definite upgrade this product is a
excellent choice. This product offers many color
choices which will no doubt fit your home for a wonderful
look and feel. There are many reasons that a solid
surface is a excellent choice. The sinks are all
undercounted, which leaves no place for mold to grow.
The seams almost all but disappear. A few down sides
to solid surface is that it will scratch fairly easily.
However these are easily sanded out. The only other
down side is that it is effected by heat. If a hot pan
is placed directly on the solid surface it will cause the
product to break.
-SOLID WOOD
-We only recommend that this style of countertop
be put into an area where there is no water around it.
If a solid wood countertop is sold it needs to be understood
that there will be some maintence involved.
